Introduction
Since I started trooping with the Midwest Garrison back in October
2005, I have been approached by so many people with all sorts of various
questions. Some questions I've heard over and over again, so it's kind of
funny how many people think alike. I thought it would be good to post some
of those questions here, so that all can get a better handle of what life
is like as a sandtrooper. If you have any questions at all, please do not
hesitate in sending me an email. I will more than likely reply back to you
within one day, but of course that may vary depending on what is going on
in my life.
Questions
Here are some questions with answers for you:
Q: Why are you so dirty?
A: I've heard this question at every single event I've
participated in, and I would have to say this is the most common
question a sandtrooper could be asked. Clearly the main reason why I'm
dirty is because I am what I am... a sandtrooper! Sandtroopers are not
meant to be like their fellow stormtroopers who are stationed aboard the
Death Star, where they are clean and shiny white.
Q: Why do you carry a big gun?
A: I carry that big gun because it is my means of protection
and enforcing the ways of the Empire. The big gun that I carry is a
BlastTech T-21 (aka Lewis).
Q: Can you and your friends come to my child's
birthday party?
A: Of course we can. Simply
send
me an email with what you would like done, and I will contact the
Midwest Garrison to try setting something up. I cannot promise you that
either myself or anyone from the MWG can make it to your child's
birthday party, but we will try our hardest to be present for it.
Q: What events do you cover?
A: Other events I have covered include the following: parades,
birthday parties, conventions, musical performances, fund raisers, school
events, etc. Other events I could cover include the following: boy scout
meetings, parties, get-togethers, etc. |
